Can I use GoFlow right now?
GoFlow is currently available through approved accounts. You can request an account in the app. The plans shown here are coming soon. Paid subscriptions are not available yet.
Do I need a project for every board?
No. Boards can stand on their own. Group related boards into a project when you want a shared overview and progress summary.
What happens to my account if I leave a company?
Your account remains personal. Company access and linked work identities are separate from your personal workspace and your memberships elsewhere.
How would paid seats work?
Each organisation pays for its own owners, admins and editing members. A person is counted once in that organisation, even across several boards. View-only guests are free on paid plans. Invitations do not create charges until accepted. These billing rules will apply when paid plans launch.
Is basic security a paid extra?
No. Passkeys, two-factor authentication, secure sign-in and basic access controls are included on every plan. Business adds organisation policy and planning features.
